About the event
Helping children cope with a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. We are excited to introduce a fully funded after-school gardening and wellbeing club designed for children whose parents or loved ones are facing a cancer diagnosis. This special program provides a safe, nurturing space for children to explore nature, express their emotions, and find comfort in a supportive environment. Hosted in the newly renovated Zen Garden, our sessions are delivered in collaboration with Grow Wellbeing, offering a unique and therapeutic schedule tailored to support children through nature-based activities.
While children engage in enriching outdoor activities, parents enrolled in our program will have the opportunity to attend a rehabilitation session or therapy to support them on their own healing journey.

📅 Held every fortnight on a Thursday 4pm - 5:30pm (90 min session)
