Come and join our Saturday Group Circuit Class at Ahead Of The Game Foundation, Wirral Gym – specially designed for anyone who's applied to our Cancer Rehabilitation Health & Wellbeing Program (yes, even if you're still on the waiting list!).

Get moving with a fun and empowering circuit session led by one of our friendly Cancer Rehab Specialist Coaches – tailored to your needs, whatever stage you’re at. There will be variations of each exercise to support any level of fitness, alongside state of the art heart monitors by Polar, which allows our coaches to ensure that you are not over training during the session according to your fitness level.
