MINDFULNESS WITH LOUIS

FULLY FUNDED TO THOSE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER & THEIR LOVED ONES.

Ahead Of The Game & The Wellbeing Campus have collaborated to deliver monthly fully funded meditation classes with different topics. The Wellbeing Campus is a partner of Ahead Of the Game Foundation and has successfully delivered two Mindfulness For Health 8week courses, with an ambudance of positive feedback from those diagnosed with Cancer.

The Using Mindfulness to Cultivate Joy & Gratitude class is a heartfelt meditation class tailored for individuals diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones. This class offers a transformative approach to harnessing mindfulness as a tool for cultivating joy, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for life's blessings throughout the cancer journey.

Led by experienced and compassionate meditation instructor Louis, this class offers a safe and nurturing environment for participants to explore mindfulness practices specifically tailored to the challenges faced by those affected by cancer. 

The primary theme of this class revolves around "Using Mindfulness to Cultivate Joy & Gratitude."

By integrating mindfulness into your cancer journey, participants in this class will develop the capacity to find joy and gratitude amidst adversity, creating a sense of resilience, hope, and wellbeing. The practices learned in this class empower individuals to shift their perspective, savour life's precious moments, and find solace in the present moment.

EVENT LOCATION:

This class will be held outdoors on New Brighton beach, fresh air & nature can contribute positively to a person's overall wellbeing and quality of life during their cancer journey. Please can you bring a towel or yoga matt with either water or a flask of tea / coffee.
