Join us for our Tuesday Evening Group Circuit Class at Ahead Of The Game Foundation, Wirral Gym – designed especially for anyone who’s applied to our Cancer Rehabilitation Health & Wellbeing Program (yes, even if you’re still on the waiting list!).

Shake off the day with a fun, uplifting circuit session led by our expert Cancer Rehab Specialist Coaches. Each class is thoughtfully tailored to your needs – whether you're mid-treatment, post-treatment, or anywhere in between.
You'll also be supported with exercise variations for all fitness levels and real-time monitoring using Polar heart rate technology, so our coaches can help ensure you're working safely and effectively without overtraining.
